We collect your email address, uploaded photos, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your full card details). We also collect basic usage data to improve the service.
How we use your data
Your email is used to send order confirmations and deliver your headshots. Your photos are used solely to generate your AI headshots and are deleted within 35 days. We never sell your data to third parties.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing, Astria for AI generation, Resend for email delivery, and Cloudinary for temporary photo storage. Each has their own privacy policy.
Data retention
Your email is retained for up to 2 years for customer support purposes. Uploaded photos and generated headshots are deleted within 35 days of your order.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@facioshots.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies necessary for the site to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
